If in the event we do encounter problems, we will contact you immediately to let you know. ​​

Sugar and iced takes no responsibility for any damaged caused to your order once it has been delivered or handed over to the courier. If in the unfortunate circumstance damage does occur, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help fix it. Please note, this may incur a charge if the damage was not caused by a fault of Sugar and iced.
