Meringues come individually bagged and will last at least 2 weeks

Our website is set up to request a pick up date and time. If you are wanting your meringues posted, please select the day you would like us to send them (then any random time). Postage is usually overnight for North Island addresses, and 1-2 days for South Island addresses however it can take longer especially at busy times of the year (like Christmas time). We recommend sending a few days early to account for any possible delays.If your address is rural, please contact us before ordering so we can provide you with a shipping quote

Meringues can be picked up any day up until the 24th of December (no date is too early). Pick up hours on Christmas Eve are 10-11am (our website won't let you select this time so please just select a random time at checkout for christmas eve pick up). Last day for postage is 18th of December, however we recommend sending before this to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas 

If your chosen pick up date is showing as unavailable, choose the next available date and leave us a note saying what date and time you'd like to pick them up (we are closed on Sundays). We often block off dates when we become fully booked but can usually have these ready regardless. If there's any issues we will be in touch asap to let you know
